From the story, we can see that the Hodja brag to his friends which lead him into a difficult problem which he must stay outside in the cold all night.

Hodja used his mind power by watching a candle which is a 100 meters a way to keep him warm, by thinking logically, its impossible for a candle that far to keep him warm.

Hodja didn’t gave up and accepted the chalenge made by his friends and he tried his best to solve his problems.
